What is Tru Rewards

Tru Rewards is a rewards program that offers points for purchases, reviews, and other actions taken on TruAgape.com or Truagape's social media accounts. TruAgape members can redeem points for products, discount codes (that do not expire), and exclusive merchandise.

Do my points expire?

No... your points never expire, so you can redeem when you’re ready.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and click “Redeem Points” at checkout.

When will my points appear?

Within 24 hours after completing your qualifying action.

Can I combine points with other discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. They also cannot be redeemed on the following ineligible items: value-sized products, sets and bundles, or subscription orders.

I redeemed a Tru Rewards discount code on an ineligible item. Did I lose my points?

Once you have redeemed your points for a discount code, you cannot undo this action. If your discount code appears as invalid, then you can try using it on another purchase that meets the minimum threshold and includes eligible products. Your Tru Rewards discount codes do not expire and can be found in your account under “Rewards History.” Copy and paste your code to redeem at checkout.
