Shipping policy
All domestic orders ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS every day. Delivery for US orders takes 2-7 business days. Priority Mail ships in 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Presently, we do not offer international shipping.
Currently, all orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During the holidays, products will be processed within 3-7 days.

Customers are responsible for providing their correct address information. We are not held responsible for any goods being delivered to the wrong address. If you think you may have provided the incorrect address information, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to TruAgape LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if the customer was not available to receive their order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages: TruAgape LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TruAgape LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged product of believe an order may have been incorrectly processed, please contact TruAgape LLC via email immediately after receiving your order.
Items Not in stock: We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity for our products, and the fact that many of our products are freshly made in small batches, some products may go on back order. Once the back ordered products are in stock we will ship your entire order immediately.
Can I Cancel or Amend My Order? : Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option.
Track Your Package: As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. Please note, it can take a few days before the tracking information is uploaded.
